Smart Lighting

Smart lighting makes lights controlled remotely, turn them on or off, dim them, brighten them or change their colors. It can control from an app using mobile devices. The app enables to change the brightness of the bulbs, and colours if the bulbs have coloured LEDs. By using smart lighting, one can create schedules to turn lights on at certain times.

Smart lighting generally uses mesh networking, where each smart bulb wirelessly connects to its nearest neighbour. That network is controlled by a hub that plugs into router, enabling other networked devices like phone or tablet ,to communicate with bulbs.
